An Aseed is a Non-Governmental
Organization whose main work is to promote the backward
areas by various development programmes. It has several
branches in all over India. It has lots of major ongoing
projects working on different villages in India. It
helps the backward areas and promote them to develop
their economic as well as social
standards. |

What is an NGO ? |
| |
An NGO is normally considered to be
a Non-Governmental Organization which works for the
welfare benefit and/or development of society or certain
sections of the society. It is usually constituted by
the body of volunteers. Some NGO have paid employees who
are usually responsible for its administrative
functioning. It is usually a non profitable
organization,which means that its members are not
entitled to any profit from the earning or income that
it generates.So mainly it works for their countrymen for
their economic and social growth. |

Aseed has evolved as an independent wing called
IDMAT, International Institute of
Development Management Technology, which has a unique
blend of expertise, which caters to the need of
voluntary sector as well as the corporate world in the
field of institutional building. Capacity Building
conducts various types of Training Programmes which
promotes and uplift an individuals mental
ability. |

What is ARPAN Promotional
Initiatives ? |

Aseed has been
promoting the brand name ARPAN
(Aseed Rural Producers Association Network) for
marketing of products produced by rural producers as an
initiative towards creating livelihood for people and
making them self sustainable. The product range includes
food processing items like jams, sauces, pickles,
juices, murabba etc. and other durable items including
carpets, brassware, silk related items, etc. CSM also
linked up with the local NGO to promote their products
under the umbrella of ARPAN.Aseed has major project
during 2002 to 2005 to improve the technoglogy and Market
linkage for the Brasswere manufacture with the help of
local fpartner agencies, Muradabad,U.P. |

Agro Diverfication and Agri Business and Handloom cluster.
Special Training Resources center has been setup as path with women
development Govt. of Bihar. Where team of more than 30 has been groom
as senior resources profession to work in different Distt. In Bihar on
multi thematic areas .Women centric projects at the Grassroots level
through the WDC, Govt. of Bihar.We have also signed MOV with BIPARD,Govt.
of Bihar for its training & Research in 2009.
